Usage and Features

This machine’s use polyurethane adhesive compound DCP, accelerator promoter, benzyl alcohol as glue.

The fabrics laminated by this machine have the characteristics such as: soft,

good texture, water-proof, ventilate and anti-dry cleaning.

Workers pour glue mixture between scraper blade, glue roller and flapper, the glue will into glue roller’s 

sand hole then transfer glue to fabric or film’s surface. Because it is dot lamination, so the fabric has high breathability.
